Called It is a free game, provided as-is by an independent developer. Using it means accepting the following.
No money involved
There are no entry fees, stakes, wagers, prizes or payouts of any kind. Nothing here can be bought or won. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for anything. This is a game of prediction played for points and bragging rights, and it is not a gambling service.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for that account's security. One account per person. Do not use the display name field for anything abusive, impersonating or offensive — receipts are shareable and that name appears on them. We may remove an account that does.
Fixtures, results and scoring
Fixture and result data comes from football-data.org and is checked on a schedule after matches finish, so it can lag the official record. We do our best to score accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every result, kickoff time or points total is correct or timely.
Predictions lock at each match's own kickoff. If upstream data is wrong or arrives late, we may correct scores and recalculate points after the fact. Matches that are cancelled, or postponed beyond the gameweek, are voided rather than scored.
Availability
This is a hobby project on a single server. It may be unavailable, interrupted or discontinued at any time, and data may be lost. Keep a copy of any receipt you care about — that is what the save button is for.
Not affiliated with anyone
Called It is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Premier League, the Football Association, or any competition, club or player referenced here. It uses no club crests, competition logos, kit designs or player photographs. Team and competition names appear as plain factual information. All artwork, including the receipt design, is original.
