By using FootGaffer at footscape.app/footgaffer you agree to these terms. FootGaffer is operated by Scape Software, a trading name of a sole trader based in England. Read them alongside the privacy policy.

FootGaffer is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League or any football club. Club names, badges, player images and the game’s data belong to their respective owners and are referred to here only to identify what is being discussed.

Your team is only ever changed on the official Fantasy Premier League site, and theirs is the version that counts. Nothing here can make a change to it.

FootGaffer is free. There is no account, no subscription and nothing to pay. What it does is described on the about page.

It may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice, and features may be added or removed. It depends on the official Fantasy Premier League systems, which are busiest exactly when this is most wanted, so there is no promise it will be available at any particular moment.

Projected points, captaincy picks, transfer suggestions, price predictions and chip timing are all generated automatically from public data, for information and entertainment. They are not professional advice, and specifically not financial, investment or betting advice.

Football is unpredictable and projections will sometimes be badly wrong. Your decisions in the game are your own, including the hits you take and the chips you spend. Data here can also lag the official game by a few minutes, so confirm a price, a deadline or a player’s availability on Fantasy Premier League before acting on it.

Notifications are delivered on a best-efforts basis and may be late or not arrive at all. Do not rely on a deadline reminder as your only way of remembering a deadline.

Please do not:

• scrape, crawl or make automated bulk requests — the service is deliberately rate-limited towards Fantasy Premier League so as not to burden a free public game, and hammering it risks access for everyone;
• interfere with, damage or attempt unauthorised access to the service or its data;
• resell the service or present its output as your own product.

Personal use is welcome, including sharing a screenshot or a link with your mini-league. Access may be restricted where these terms are breached.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty as to accuracy, completeness or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scape Software is not liable for loss arising from your use of it — including points or rank lost, a deadline missed, or inaccurate data.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
